A historical work on the Battle of Britain, 1940. 'XPD' (1981). This interesting novel is set in two eras, split between 1940 and 1979. With themes of conspiracy, secrecy and treachery as characters navigate the Second World War and its aftermath. 'Goodbye Mickey Mouse' (1982). This exciting spy novel is set on an American air base during the Second World War. 'The Len Deighton Companion' (1987), written by Edward Milward-Oliver. This work presents Len Deighton's life and works, including a chronology of first editions of his writings, an overview of themes used, as well as an interview with Deighton himself.
